Real-time Internet Bookings - You can book your Chauffeur car from your PC faster than using the phone or fax.
Complex Bookings - Abbey Chauffeur Hire allows you to book "ASAP" jobs aswell as "pre-booked" jobs. There is a "regular booking" screen for journeys that are to be repeated and the system also caters for "wait and returns".
Instant Confirmation - Once the job is accepted, a confirmation is instantly sent back to you by us.
Message Box - You can send and receive messages through the on-line message box
Amend / Cancel Jobs - You can Amend or Cancel the details on one or more journeys within your booking.
Online account management
Security - Our exclusive online system is more secure than using a phone. A superuser controls which staff have access to which parts of the booking site and all staff are allocated their own personal login details
Invoice Reconciliation - This feature is designed to assist your accounts department when reconciling an invoice received from us.
Management Reports - A variety of chauffeur usage and spend reports are offered as standard but you also have the oppurtunity to build your own reports and then export them to a different format (e.g. Microsoft Excel)
